The Founders

We’re Vincent + Adolfo, husbands and founders behind Mijo Co.

Growing up, it was common practice for our elders (grandparents, tio's/tia's, neighbors, parents) to call us 'Mijo'; which translates to 'Son'.

We believe scents are an integral part of who you are and evoke memories of our most treasured moments.

Each candle we create is a tribute to our special memories. The aroma of ‘Bloom’ reminds Adolfo of his Grandma’s rose bushes, ‘Clean’ reminds Vincent of running through freshly hung sheets.

With our candles, we invite you to experience those nostalgic scents that remind us of the places and moments we hold dear.

Our Products

Our fragrance oils are cruelty free and non-toxic (formulated without Parabens, phthalates, or sulfates).

Our wax is a proprietary blend of coconut, apricot, soy and fully refined paraffin (just enough to enhance the fragrance throw) and our wicks are lead and zinc-free. All products are developed, produced, tested, hand-poured and shipped with love from sunny Palm Springs, Ca
